MIRABELLA ECLANO (Italy)- The meeting of Interior Ministers of the Group of Seven (G7), bringing together the world’s several leading industrial powers, kicked off Thursday in Mirabella Eclano (Italy), with the participation of Algeria, represented by the Minister of Interior, Local Authorities and National Planning, Brahim Merad.

This two-day meeting will be devoted to the examination of several issues related to security, illegal migration and the fight against cybercrime.

Italy holds, this year, the rotating presidency of G7, which also includes the United States of America, the United Kingdom, France, Japan, Germany and Canada.
