“Abdelmadjid Tebboune, President of the Republic, Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, Minister of National Defense, chaired today a Council of Ministers meeting dedicated to the 2025 finance bill and to presentations on the health situation concerning the diphtheria and malaria epidemic in southern border regions. The meeting also covered progress on structuring mining projects, conditions and procedures for accrediting private education and teaching establishments, as well as files related to citizens' daily life,” the statement said.
