ALGIERS– Minister of Justice, Keeper of the Seals, Abderrachid Tabi, received on Tuesday in Algiers the new permanent representative of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) in Algeria, Lorenzo Caraffi, according to a statement from the ministry.
