The talks centered on “bolstering bilateral cooperation relations in various fields and boosting partnerships, especially in economic areas, in line with the joint political will of the leaders of both countries, the President of the Republic, Abdelmadjid Tebboune, and the Serbian President, Aleksandar Vucic,” the statement said.
The two parties discussed “current regional and international issues, underscoring the values and rules governing international relations and the founding principles of the Non-Aligned Movement (NAM), especially the principles of respect for the sovereignty of countries and non-interference in their internal affairs and the importance of peaceful conflict resolution, in addition to the right of peoples to self-determination for peace, stability and progress.”
