“I will accomplish my mission with pride and devotion,” she continued.

The Slovenian diplomat referred to “the enhancement of bilateral cooperation and commercial exchanges between the two countries, which successfully collaborate at the United Nations Security Council as non-permanent members.”

“Algeria is an important partner for Slovenia. Following the mutual opening of embassies in the capitals of both countries, bilateral ties have reached a new level,” she added.

“Sustained cooperation in the energy sector is a first step towards a great partnership to support economic growth. Slovenia seeks to foster cooperation in the cultural, academic, and sports fields,” she highlighted.

In this regard, the Slovenian Ambassador gave an invitation from her country's president to the President of the Republic, Abdelmadjid Tebboune, to pay an official visit to Slovenia.

Urska Kramberger Mendek affirmed “the convergence of both countries’ positions on many international issues, such as the Middle East and the necessity to address the tragic and catastrophic humanitarian situation in Gaza, and to protect civilians.” [/ecr]
