ALGIERS- A terrorist surrendered to the military authorities in Bordj Badji Mokhtar and eight terrorist supporters were arrested, in various operations conducted nationwide by the units and detachments of the People’s National Army from 23 to 29 October, the People’s National Army said Wednesday in an operational report.
