ALGIERS- The speaker of the People’s National Assembly (lower house of Parliament), Brahim Boughali, received Wednesday, in Algiers, the vice chairman of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, Vladislav Davankov, who is on an official visit to Algeria, the lower house said in a statement.
