ALGIERS-The President of the Republic, Abdelmadjid Tebboune sent Thursday a message of condolence to the King of Spain, His Majesty Felipe VI, following the devastating floods that have hit several regions of the Kingdom of Spain, causing a tragic toll of victims and serious material damage.
