ALGIERS — The President of the Republic, Abdelmadjid Tebboune, paid tribute on Friday at the Martyrs' Sanctuary, Algiers, to the memory of the martyrs of the glorious National Liberation War, on the occasion of the celebration of the 70th anniversary of the outbreak of the November 1st, 1954 Revolution.
The President of the Republic laid a wreath at the commemorative stele and recited Al-Fatiha from the Holy Quran in memory of the Shuhada (martyrs) of the glorious November 1st, 1954 Revolution.
The memorial ceremony took place in the presence of senior state officials and members of the Government.
