ALGIERS- The minister of Foreign Affairs and National Community Abroad, Ahmed Attaf, held Monday bilateral talks with Palestine's Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates, Mohammad Mustafa, before the opening of the Arab-Islamic Summit proceedings in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, the ministry said in a statement.
