ALGIERS- Ahmed Attaf on Tuesday took up his post as minister of State, minister of Foreign Affairs, National Community Abroad and African Affairs, and chaired the installation ceremony of Selma Bakhta Mansouri, the secretary of State for African Affairs to the minister of Foreign Affairs, and Sofiane Chaib, the secretary of State for National Community Abroad to the minister of Foreign Affairs.
