ALGIERS- General Saïd Chanegriha, deputy minister to the minister of National Defence, chief of staff of the People's National Army, chaired Thursday, on behalf of the president of the Republic, commander-in-chief of the Armed Forces, minister of National Defence, the installation ceremony of Major General Necereddine Foudhil, as Commander of the 3rd Military Region, in Bechar, the ministry of National Defence said in a statement.
