CASCAIS (Portuga)- The minister of State, minister of Foreign Affairs, National Community Abroad and African Affairs, Ahmed Attaf, called Tuesday in Portugal for the development of "concrete and bold" initiatives to support "multilateralism," which is going through crisis after crisis.
