ALGIERS- Army Gerneral, Said Chanegriha, Minister Delegate to National Defence, Chief of Staff of the People’s National Army (ANP), held on Wednesday (the 4 day of his official visit to Kuwait), talks with Lieutenant General Hashim Abdelrazak Al-Refai, Deputy Secretary of the Kuwait National Guard, said the National Defence Ministry (MDN) in a Communiqué.
