The two parties expressed their “deep satisfaction regarding the success of the State visit paid by the President of India, Droupadi Murmu, to Algeria last October,” affirming that “this visit gave
a new impetus to bilateral relations.”
In this respect, “the two parties agreed to follow up on the decisions taken by the leaders of both countries, notably the holding of the next joint governmental commission session in New Delhi during the first quarter of next year,” added the same source.
The two ministers emphasized “the necessity of intensifying political consultations between the two countries in light of the challenges of the current international situation at various levels, reiterating their commitment to strengthening bilateral coordination in the different organizations of common membership,” concluded the press release.
