ORAN (Algeria)- The minister of State, minister of Foreign Affairs, National Community Abroad and African Affairs, Ahmed Attaf, held Sunday, in Oran, bilateral talks with Uganda's Foreign Minister Odongo Jeje Abubakar, on the sidelines of the 11th High-Level Seminar on Peace and Security in Africa.
