This move, which coincides with the celebration of the 63rd anniversary of the Agency's creation, comes to crown a long journey rich in achievements and to initiate a new stage of professionalization, in accordance with the guidelines of the President of the Republic, Abdelmadjid Tebboune, for the promotion of the sector.

The information service in the Russian language was launched in the presence of the Minister of Communication, Mohamed Meziane, the Advisor to the President of the Republic in charge of the General Directorate of Communication at the Presidency of the Republic, Kamel Sidi Said, as well as directors of national media establishments.

With this Russian language service, APS now broadcasts in six languages, namely Arabic, Tamazight (in three scripts), French, English and Spanish, with plans to introduce Chinese-language content in the near future.
