ALGIERS-The Speaker of the Council of the Nation (Parliament’s Upper House) offered Sunday his wishes to the Algeria Press Service (APS) news agency on the occasion of the 63^rd anniversary of its creation, calling it “a prestigious tribute for the resistant voice that defends national causes and just causes in Africa and the world.”
