ALGIERS- Minister of Communication, Mohamed Meziane, chaired on Sunday, in Algiers, a ceremony organized by Algeria Press Service agency (APS) on the occasion of the 63^rd anniversary of its creation, marked by the launch of an information service in the Russian language, as part of giving concrete expression to its strategy aimed to expanding its services and contributing to making Algeria’s voice heard internationally.
