ORAN (Algeria)- The minister of State, minister of Foreign Affairs, National Community Abroad and African Affairs, Ahmed Attaf, held talks Monday, in Oran (432-km west of Oran, with African Union (AU) high representative for Silencing the Guns and chairperson of the African Union High-Level Panel on Sudan (HLP-Sudan), Mohamed Ibn Chambas.
