ORAN (Algeria)- The minister of State, minister of Foreign Affairs, National Community Abroad and African Affairs, Ahmed Attaf, said Monday, in Oran, that Algeria, as a non-permanent member of the UN Security Council, works seriously, devotedly and sincerely to raise the voice of Africa, advocating its causes and defending its priorities.
