ORAN (Algeria)- The secretary of state to the minister of Foreign Affairs, for African Affairs, Selma Bakhta Mansouri, received Sunday, in Oran, the deputy minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Liberia, Ibrahim Bakari Nyei, on the sidelines of the proceedings of the 11th High-Level Seminar on Peace and Security in Africa.
