ALGIERS- The Secretary General of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, National Community Abroad and African Affairs, Lounes Magramane, received Monday, at the ministry’s headquarters, the Assistant High Commissioner for Operations of the UN Refugee Agency (UNHCR), Raouf Mazou, who is on a visit to Algeria, from 2 to 5 December, the ministry said Tuesday in a statement.
