ALGIERS- Minister of State, Minister of Foreign Affairs, National Community Abroad and African Affairs, Ahmed Attaf, held on Tuesday phone discussions with Syria’s Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates, Bassam Sabbagh, the ministry said in a statement.
