“General Said Chanegriha, Minister Delegate to the Minister of National Defence, Chief of Staff of the People’s National Army, chaired, this Thursday 12 December 2024, at the National Military Health School, in the 1st Military Region, in the annual meeting of the military health executives,” said the source.
After the welcome ceremony, given by the Commander of the 1st Military Region and the Central Director of Military Health Services, General Chanegriha followed a presentation by the Central Director of Military Health Services, on the progress of the Directorate's development plan, in which “he reviewed the activities recorded under the workload plan for the 2023-2024 year, as well as presented an overview of future projects within the health structures of the People’s National Army.”
Subsequently, General Chanegriha delivered an orientation address, “which was followed by videoconference by the executives and personnel of military health, deployed across the six Military Regions.”
During this meeting, the Army General emphasized 'the importance of the military health sector, which is invested with the missions of medical care for military personnel and medical coverage of citizens, particularly at the level of border zones of the great South.”
“First of all, I wish to express my joy in presiding over the annual meeting of military health executives, which aims to evaluate the execution rate of the 2024 workload plan, to review the ongoing activities in terms of medical services provided to personnel and their beneficiaries,” he said.
