ALGIERS- Minister of Trade and Export Promotion Tayeb Zitouni said that Algeria had not stopped importing, but had instead adopted the principle of import rationalization in tandem with the development of national production, stressing that "Algeria is a sovereign country" and "does not tolerate diktats."
