ALGIERS - The Minister of Trade and Exports Promotion, Tayeb Zitouni, held on Monday a videoconference meeting with the Omani Minister of Commerce, Industry and Investment Promotion, Qais Bin Mohammed Al Youcef, on the means to boost bilateral cooperation, the ministry said in a press release.

The talks centered on the bilateral commercial and economic aspects. They also addressed the means to strengthen bilateral cooperation between both countries in trade and exports, along with examining investment opportunities available in the two countries, the press release noted.

 “The two ministers highlighted the brotherly relations between Algeria and the Sultanate of Oman and expressed their commitment to boost the economic cooperation and expertise exchange for the interests of both countries,” the same source added.

 Bin Mohammed Al Youcef sent an official invitation to Zitouni to visit the Sultanate of Oman accompanied by a delegation of economic operators, and to organize an exposition of Algerian products.[/ecr]
