ALGIERS- The Algerian Economic Renewal Council (CREA), the Tunisian Union of Industry, Trade and Handicrafts (UTICA) and the Libyan General Union of the Chambers of Commerce, Industry and Agriculture (GUCC) agreed Monday, in Algiers, to create a council of partnership, to serve as a mechanism contributing to the economic complementarity effort of the countries, the three bodies said in a joint statement.
