ALGIERS — The Minister of Trade and Exports Promotion, Tayeb Zitouni, said that setting up a partnership council between the Algerian Council for Economic Renewal (CREA), the Tunisian Union of Industry, Trade and Handicrafts (UTICA) and the Libyan General Union of Chambers of Commerce, Industry and Agriculture (GUCC) would boost investments and increase the volume of trade between the three countries, the ministry said in a statement on Tuesday.
