ALGIERS-The Minister of Energy and Mines, Mohamed Arkab received Thursday a delegation from the Qatari company “Baladna”, led by CEO Mohamad Moutaz Al-Khayyat, to discuss the energy connection of the integrated Algeria-Qatar project for the production of milk powder in the province of Adrar, according to a Ministry press release.
