ALGIERS-The Minister of Energy and Mines, Mohamed Arkab, received Monday a delegation from the German group H&R Gruppe, led by its Executive Director, Niels H. Hansen, with whom he discussed investment opportunities in Algeria, particularly in the hydrocarbon processing industry, according to a Ministry press release.
