LJUBLANA- Minister of Water Resources, Taha Derbal, said on Wednesday in Ljubljana (Slovenia), that transboundary surface waters in Western Sahara in Algeria are negatively impacted by Morocco’s destructive practices, which have led to several environmental disasters.
