Speaking at a press conference, Salim Bettahar, Business Development Manager at “Easyfairs”, the company organizing the event, said that 70 exhibitors from Italy, France, Tunisia, Spain, England and the United Arab Emirates (UAE) will attend this year’s edition.
According to him, "SECURA North Africa" is an opportunity for social and economic stakeholders to become aware of “the importance of complying with security standards to protect individuals, bodies and infrastructures, in addition to disaster management.”
“The latest technologies in the fight against cybercrime and the integration of artificial intelligence in the field of security and data protection against cyberattacks will be showcased presented”, said Bettahar.
As in previous editions, this year's expo will see the participation of several national bodies, including the Ministry of National Defense (MDN), the Directorate General of National Police (DGSN), customs, chambers of commerce and the Industrial Technology Research Center (CRTI).
Twenty conferences will be hosted by experts in security and prevention, such as the fight against cybercrime, prevention and safety in the workplace, firefighting and crisis management. These conferences will provide a forum for sharing experiences between suppliers and distributors of safety equipment.
