ALGIERS- Minister of Energy and Mines, Mohamed Arkab, received on Monday in Algiers, Algerian researcher and innovator, Lakhadar Hamidatou, to honor him in recognition of his major innovations and researches, particularly in the field of renewable energy, said the ministry in a Communiqué.
