ALGIERS- The director general of the Customs Department, Major General Abdelhafid Bakhouche, took part Wednesday in the "Dialogue of Leading Customs Officials," held as part of the United Nations Climate Change Conference (COP29) in Baku, Azerbaijan, the General Directorate of Customs said in a statement.
