ALGIERS- The head of the National Chamber of Agriculture (NCA), Mohamed Yazid Hambli, welcomed the latest decisions of the president of the Republic, Abdelmadjid Tebboune, to promote the agricultural sector and support farmers, to ensure food security, considered as a strategic issue.
