CAIRO - The Algerian national weightlifting teams, in all categories, won 144 medals (47 gold, 56 silver and 41 bronze) at the end of the fourth day of the African Weightlifting Championships held in Cairo, Egypt, on Sunday, the Algerian Weightlifting Federation (FAH) said on Monday.
