Tiaret: Two dead, 10 injured in road accident of MCEB soccer team bus

ALGIERS- Two people died and ten others were injured in a road accident in the province of Tiaret on a bus carrying a delegation from Mouloudia d'El Bayadh soccer team (Ligue 1 Mobilis), which was due to play JS Kabylie in Tizi-Ouzou on Friday, according to the Civil Protection service.

The tragic accident occurred when the bus carrying the Mouloudia d'El Bayadh soccer team overturned on the provincial road N3  between Sougueur and Si Abdelghani, in the province of Tiaret, said Civil Protection communication officer, Captain Boukhari.

The main Civil Protection unit, together with secondary units from the Sougueur and Mahdia prefectures, intervened to remove the bodies of the victims and transfer the injured to the emergency department of Sougueur's Mimouni Tahar Hospital.

Mouloudia d'El Bayadh were due to play JS Kabylie in Tizi-Ouzou on Friday for the 11th matchday of the Ligue 1 Mobilis. [/ecr]
