ALGIERS- The minister of Youth and Sports, Abderrahmane Hammad, cosigned Thursday at the ministry's headquarters in Algiers, with the deputy prime minister of Montenegro for Demography and Youth, Dragoslav Scekic, a memorandum of understanding between the two countries in the field of Youth and sports.
