CAIRO (Egypt)- Algerian athletes (men and women) have ranked third at the Arab U23 Athletics Championships, wrapped up Tuesday evening in the Suez Canal Stadium of Ismailia, Egypt, with a total of 15 medals: six gold and nine bronze.
