ALGIERS- Minister of Youth and Sports Abderrahmane Hammad on Sunday terminated the appointment of the general manager of the Mohamed Boudiaf Olympic Complex, Smaïl Mohamed Saïd, for "negligence and breach of duty" as he failed in his job, the ministry said in a statement.
