Each media outlet will have to choose, in order of priority, a maximum of three male and three female athletes, one disabled athlete (man and woman), the best hopeful (boy and girl), ranked in order of merit, according to the results obtained in the current year (2024).

The APS leaves it up to the media to choose names from the list or suggest names of other athletes, by carefully respecting the scale of titles and performances achieved in 2024.
