Saint-Nicolas 10 km: Victory for Algerian Saïd Ameri 

PARIS—Algerian runner Saïd Ameri won the Saint-Nicolas 10-kilometer road race, held Sunday morning in France, with only a two-second lead over his compatriot Hocine Zourkane, who took second place.

Ameri completed the distance in 29 minutes and 58 seconds, while Zourkane achieved a time of 30 minutes, ahead of Ibrahim Abdoubark, who completed the men's podium, in 30 minutes and 03 seconds. The third Algerian runner in the men’s race, Ali Messaoudi, settled for fifth place, with a time of 30:05. [/ecr]
