ALGIERS — The Algerian National Committee for Solidarity with the Sahrawi People (CNASPS) voiced its outrage on Monday regarding France’s “shameful” backing of the so-called Moroccan autonomy plan for Western Sahara, denouncing a “serious violation” of international law.
