BALI (Indonesia) —Speaker of the Council of the Nation (Parliament’s upper house) Salah Goudjil noted on Sunday the Security Council’s responsibility to protect the Palestinian people, calling for speeding up the decolonization of Western Sahara, the last colony in Africa.
