LUXEMBOURG — The Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU) ruled in favor of the Polisario Front on Friday by rejecting the EU Council and Commission’s appeals, therefore effectively nullifying agreements between Morocco and the EU-27 that had been unlawfully extended to occupied Western Sahara.
