ALGIERS — The Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU) has once again confirmed Western Sahara's “separate” and “distinct” status from that of Morocco in its latest rulings, requiring that melons and tomatoes imported into the EU from the territory must be labeled as originating from Western Sahara.
