The ministry said in a statement released Saturday evening that “Enemy (Zionist) bombardments against Lebanon resulted in 19 martyrs and 108 wounded on Friday.”

With this latest casualty count, the total number of victims increases according to the ministry to “2,653 martyrs and 12,360 wounded since the beginning of the (Zionist) aggression.”

The same source noted that the number of victims recorded Friday includes “10 martyrs and 56 wounded in the South governorate, 7 martyrs and 46 wounded in the Nabatieh governorate (south), and 2 martyrs and 6 wounded in the Bekaa governorate (east).”
