SOCHI (Russia)-The Minister of Foreign Affairs and National Community Abroad, Ahmed Attaf, welcomed Sunday, in Sochi (Russia), the priorities outlined in the conclusions of Africa-Russia Partnership Ministerial Conference, notably those relating to the completion of decolonisation process in Africa and the rehabilitation of the continent in the Security Council.
