Expressing her “delight” at visiting this province which “has several assets, particularly economically and in terms of basic infrastructure,” the American diplomat pointed out that the University of Bachir El Ibrahimi has cooperative relations and exchanges with the University of Oklahoma.

She further added that this visit is part of a “work program involving visits to several provinces across Algeria, to explore other prospects of cooperation and find ways to expand the economic partnership in agriculture, and more particularly in cattle breeding and milk production.”[/ecr]
